I had some difficulty replacing/upgrading my RAM on my laptop due to another repair place leaving my computer stuck with a stripped screw and Reboot It was able to take care of it. She left a detailed explanation about the process, which I really appreciated. I never felt talked down to and she always responded quickly. Thank you again!

Address on Google left me in the street.Left a VM and they responded over text.Unfortunately they are not helpful for the job I need, but they are responsive, one should give it a try.Update: Adjusted review to 4* for your prompt response.All the best!!!

After some researching to find out what pc repair shop is closest to me, I came across Reboot IT due to the consistent reviews. As of three hours ago, I just received my laptop which had the RAM upgraded from 8 gb to 16 gb. Needless to say, Tamara did an excellent job and pinpointed a few minor issues after thorough inspection. Communication was on point, and Tamara was very responsive when i addressed my needs. For any of those looking to get their devices serviced, look no further than Reboot IT, very affordable compared to storefront shops that charge an arm and a leg for maintenance/repair. Will be coming back soon!
