Peter was outstanding with his service. He arrived early and observed a few things ahead of our appointment. Then when we arrived we walked around the home while he explained in detail the state of the home I was looking to buy. I could really tell he had our best interests at heart with how he explained things and made sure we understood everything. He did such a good job and we are grateful for it.

Peter was excellent with our inspection. As someone purchasing a new build, I was recommended against hiring my own private inspector for my final inspection. I hired Peter anyways as a second pair of eyes and I'm glad I did. He pointed out a few things that were crucial to long term health of our house. I highly recommend his services, it's a small price to pay to put your mind at ease.
