I thought the gutters were leaking but he quickly found that the underlayment on my 80 year old slate needed replacement on one section of the roof. Victor, the owner of Elite Roofing Solutions showed up right on time. He did a complete inspection and measurement of the roof which was 30 years old and in need of replacement. He gave me a written estimate explaining every detail of the work and exactly what materials would be used.After getting estimates from 2 other roofing companies, I decided to go with Elite Roofing Solutions based on the fact that Victor was extremely knowledgeable and a hands on owner who went over every detail of the project.
