This is my goto for green coffee beans for roasting. If you buy premium roasted coffee at a cafe or market, you will pay four times as much as roasting your own. Variety here is amazing, but be prepared to buy 60kg bags right off the boat. I have been a customer for over 20 years.
One definition of excellence and professionalism; easily the best all-around green coffee importer on the east coast, from educational efforts to warehousing quality to quality control of green coffee to customer service; all excellent.
Thoroughly enjoyed my two day Intro to Roasting course held at The Lab. I gained a wealth of knowledge from course instructor, Steve. I enjoyed learning the art of coffee roasting on their Loring Roaster. I highly recommend this course for anyone interested in roasting as a hobby or business.
