They had numerous trees on the property, some of which were challenging to remove as they were bordering fences and other structures. At the end of the day, all of the trees were removed and no damage to the property. This is the second time that the customer used them and they always deliver and do a great job cleaning up. A very large tree fell on the roof of the customer's house during a wind and rainstorm. Rich Tree Service's estimator came out the next day, provided a quote that was accepted, and scheduled a crew to come out the following day. The crew arrived with a crane, bucket truck, chipper and other equipment, and successfully removed the tree with no additional damage to the roof. Their equipment caused no damage to the lawn and the cleanup was great. They went above and beyond and put a small tarp over part of the roof that was damaged. The customer was very impressed by the professionalism and skill of the crew.
Referred by our neighbor. Called and left a message, received a return call in 10 minutes. Services provided in a timely manner. Crew double checked what needed prior to starting. They worked efficiently and carefully, the large limb that had to be removed was above a fence. Double checked with us when they were done to make sure we were satisfied. Cleaned everything up, you'd never know they were here. Nice guys. Would recommend this company without hesitation.
I have used Rich’s Tree Service in the past and am glad I chose them again for this latest project. Cesar, the foreman, and his 2 co-workers did a fantastic job of pruning a huge oak tree in my backyard. They were very efficient and thorough and it came out so much better than I expected! I would highly recommend Rich’s Tree Service to my family and friends. Their prices are fair and reasonable too!
Tyler and the whole crew have been the absolute best. Three enormous trees fell during the storm on July 3rd, two hitting the house. This multi-day tree removal went smoothly because of the professionalism of the entire crew. Tyler kept us informed during the entire process and was extremely patient with all of our questions. While significant damage was done to our home by these trees, great care was taken by the crew to ensure no additional damage was done to our home and our neighbors' homes. I would hire them again without hesitation.
