I just walked out of there in tears and I feel so horrible. I love dr rose. He’s awesome. I’ve been coming for 20 plus years but that receptionist is horrible and I’m seriously thinking about switching. I left in tears and without glasses. I also drive 50 mins to get to him but at this point it’s not worth it.
The office is very small and old-fashioned. However, Dr Rose is a highly knowledgeable and kind optometrist. His three secretaries are bilingual in English and Spanish. They were all helpful and courteous (although the secretaries self admittedly gossip a bit too much).Because of the small number of staff, the patients receive individualised attention. I would recommend this practice.
My experience was wonderful with dr. Rose but his Assistant its not experience and in what she does very rude and then she talk about u in Spanish to the other worker not professional .
