However, there are concerns about one receptionist's behavior, which has left some patients feeling upset, leading them to consider switching providers despite their long-standing relationship with Dr. Rose.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rose's since abt 2008. My son became one as soon as his eyes showed a need. I love this practice, the staff ladies always help me professionally with just enough personal to feel welcomed always. They keep me fashionable and helped when I was unable to be present with my son. Even if I leave NJ, I will travel back for my appointments!
Dr. Rose has been my optometrist my entire life, over 19 years now. His nearly 50 years in practice show clearly every single time you enter his offices. He is informative, efficient, and a comforting doctor. He leaves no stone unturned and always leaves me and my family feeling great after our appointments!
