Customers report that crews arrived before the sun and worked into the evening. When there was more damage than expected, the crew kept working away and completed within the allotted time. Everyone from sales to the office to the onsite crew were great to work with. One customer had issues with locking replacement windows about a year later; the business sent a crew member who went from window to window to adjust and trim some overkill on the insulation. Every window was inspected and they all lock perfectly. Customers describe everyone they came in contact with as so easy to deal with and grateful, with everything explained. Crews were in and out in one day and cleaned up everything. Project managers were super helpful and knowledgeable, and the crew was very experienced and hard working. On a very big job, they replaced 9 3/4 inch plywood with no short cuts. Customers were very impressed.
We had most of our windows replaced by green star. Let me tell you that they live up to their name. These are high quality energy efficient windows. They help retain heat in your house on winter days and 90 degrees sun out on summer days. We only put our ac on once. Our rep Tony is most helpful, He helped us through out our window installation journey & sliding door maitence. Very nice company. Five stars indeed. Thank you

I used green star about a year ago to replace a bunch of windows. I had issues with locking them. I called and they sent Tony P. He went from window to window to just and trim some overkill on the insulation. He was fantastic. Every window was inspected and they all lock perfectly. He is the epitome of customer service and satisfaction! Thank you Tony! And green star.
