As a first time homebuyer, G Warren addressed my questions and concerns even before I asked them. Jerry spent 15-20 minutes ensuring what I would be getting with my home inspection. He was very detailed and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable. The day of the inspection, John, made sure to walk me through every step of the way. He discussed the game plan before inspecting the condominium and offered very valuable tips throughout the rest of the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and ensured that all of my questions were answered. I would totally refer anyone for their next home inspection. Definitely worth using G Warren especially for the price I was given. Thank you for making this home inspection a positive experience!

Omg where do I start. I'm a first time home buyer and I researched home inspectors online. There were so many to chose from but when I came across G Warren there website was very detailed so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Jerry who is the owner and right away I felt comfortable. I asked him so many questions I literally took up at least 20 minutes of his time. By the way he didn't rush me in any way. After the conversation I told him make sure you sent me your best inspector and he said don't worry your in good hands. So my inspection was scheduled for 12:30 pm with John. I showed up at 12:10 and John was already there taking photos and inspecting the outside. As we waited for the agent he explained the whole process to me and he told me make sure to ask any questions I may have. John was so thorough he showed me things in the house I would've never thought of looking at. He checked all appliances to make sure they were functioning properly. He advised me on major components of house like the furnace, compressor and roof. He found things that made me really think was this the home for me. I would recommend John to anyone. I was a nervous reck and John just made me feel comfortable during the process. Thank you Jerry for answering all my questions.
