I had the pleasure of corresponding with Dawn Smith at CNC regarding shelf clips for my apartment kitchen cabinets. Dawn was so kind and immediately had clips sent to me without charge. I was expecting to pay for the clips or at least the shipping, so this was a pleasant surprise. I wish I could give Dawn a 10 star rating for customer service. The kitchen cabinets are really nice and so beautiful. Shelf height adjustment is very easy and they are so easy to clean.
