Stephanie is an amazing mobile groomer who makes taking care of my Shiba Inu, Kobe, incredibly convenient. Her reasonable prices are a huge plus. When I first contacted her, she asked all the right questions and even requested a photo of Kobe to better understand his needs. She’s incredibly kind and even sent me a picture of him after he was away from her because we were on vacation and she was dearly missed! The fur was driving me crazy, but she took care of that. Kobe is a calm but wary dog around strangers, but Stephanie made the process of warming him up to her easy. She genuinely cares about your pet and their temperament, and she’s very patient. We had been through a few groomers and Stephanie came recommended by my neighbor. Her dog always looked good and when I spoke with Stephanie, she listened to all my complaints and assured me that she could get Lucy an even cut and style her how I was asking. She was upfront and let me know that it may take a few appointments to get the hair grown to cut properly. Stephanie has achieved what we were looking for for in a groomer ! 😍
Stephanie is FANTASTIC. She sets realistic expectations right away and was excellent with my pup. My girl does not like baths and Stephanie was extremely patient with her and even taught me how to help her get used to nail trimmings between appointments.
