This is my third time getting my haircut here and it’s always a pleasure! Everyone is so kind and Kenya who cut my hair did an amazing job!! I went in with a somewhat clear idea of what I wanted and it looks better than I ever imagined! I appreciated the time and care she took and look forward to coming back :)
Kenya did such an amazing job with my curls. We had a good long chat in the beginning about what I wanted. I felt very heard and understood based on all the questions she was asking. She gave me a great cut, exactly what we talked about and she was a pleasure to chat with.
The services might be good, but their scheduling and rescheduling process is very poorly organized.
The first time I went, I had an issue because one of the people I had booked canceled at the last minute. Fortunately, they still managed to accommodate both me and my mother—it was my wedding day.
The second time, I scheduled a balayage appointment. They called at the last minute to cancel because the hairstylist, Laura Hughes, was sick. They rescheduled for the following week, and I rearranged my plans to accommodate the change.
