Recently used GRC to replace our HVAC system in our condo. Not only did they offer the best price, their entire staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. They also made sure they were able to install our new unit before the next heat wave. The technicians Terry and Justin were on-time and did an amazing job with the installation. Replaced AC with heat pump AC. Very professional, responsive, knowledgeable. Impressed me with knowledge and clarity. Reviewed options and understood advantages of various solutions. Met delivery and installation commitments compleetely. very pleased with all work done. Very pleased with the product installed. Unit works so much better than previous Unit.

Extremely pleased with Breathe Easy Maintenance Plan and servicemen sent to complete HVAC start up spring and fall. I have been using GRC since 2022 when seeking a better experience.
GRC is always friendly, professional, available to discuss concerns, and accommodating when scheduling. Office staff and management remember me and my account needs/plans which conveys their interest in their customers.
