We recently had our floor scratched after getting a new appliance installed. John and his team were so friendly to work with, responsive, and clear on the process. They had to sand down and refinish the whole floor, so they tested a few colors for us before doing the job. They were able to do the work while we were out of town which was really helpful. They were very respectful of our home and I’d recommend them to anyone.
I recently had an excellent experience working with John Cronin and his team to repair the stairs throughout our house (three staircases with new stair treads, risers, cove molding, and spindles). John was thorough in his evaluation of what work was needed, and he was clear in presenting our options. He made sure I had the samples and the time I needed to select a stain.
