I have been here a few times in the last year & so far, every visit has gone well. The staff whether on the phone or in person have always been pleasant and helpful. The wait times have always been minimal. The assistants, nurses & doctors, pleasantand helpful.I definitely recommend.

My visit to Urgent Care was smooth, largely due to the exceptional reception and customer service. The receptionist, Syeda, was not only welcoming and kind but also efficient, making the process simple and stress-free. Their patience and clarity in explaining the procedures were comforting during a stressful time. The customer service extended beyond the front desk. Every staff member I interacted with showed genuine care and concern for my well-being. They were attentive, answering all my questions and providing reassurance throughout my visit. I love how quick this place is getting you in to see a doctor. There’s hardly ever a wait even during flu season on a weekend and within a total of 20 mins you’re out the door with the meds you need. Sometimes I feel rushed and like meds are just given to you immediately but honestly, that’s usually what I need when I’m sick. I appreciate getting an antibiotic prescribed to me without a doctor saying “let it run its course” like I’ve had with past primary doctors and knowing I don’t have to sit and wait forever, I can quickly come here for what I need. Went on Sunday with no wait, got a flu test quickly, meds and was sent on my way. Place is clean too
