“We had a huge branch come down during some strong winds. Promise Tree service and Duane were great to work with. They provided a quote, which was the best of 3 quotes that we got, and did the work quickly. They cleaned up all of the debris and took some extra branches we had from another project. The office was as amazing as Duane and I felt very comfortable working with them. They also helped us quickly because the branch was blocking our exit to the back yard. 5 stars. Would definitely use again!!“

“I had a dead tree very close to a busy roadway. I was worried someone could get hurt if it came down. They assured me it wouldn't likely just fall in the immediate future and assured me that I would get on the schedule within 3 weeks. Their schedule opened up while I was away and they still came and took care of removing the tree during my absence. They left me a bill that I happily paid as soon as I returned.
