They shipped damaged chair it was tilted,But I still have a manufacturer warranty, so I called em and email themEveryday, and what they are telling me is I have to fix it myself.So I tried, but I failed, I hired handyman and said chair is 100% tilted andHe can not fix it.After ordering over $20K worth a product, I do not recommend this place.Please don't get played by these harmful chair sellers.I will call my credit card company and get refund.

I've been cutting hair for 22 years and Takara Belmont by far has the best chairs in the business. There chairs are so durable that in my 22 years in business I've never had a problem with one of there chairs and would tell you that there quality is top notch. The customer service department is excellent and If I could give them 6 stars I would. I plan on buying more chairs from Takara Belmont as I expand my business over the next couple years. I can't say enough how excellent this company is.
