RTW Logistics INC. (New Jersey Warehouse)

One of the worst logistics companies I have ever dealt with.

Our experience with RTW Logistics was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We encountered hidden charges, poor communication, overcharged invoices, and a complete lack of flexibility when we requested an address change. Instead of helping resolve issues, they created additional complications and costs.

To make matters worse, we were charged an additional $350 for just 3 hours and 15 minutes of detention, which we found excessive and unreasonable.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this warehouse for a pickup, and it was an absolute disaster. We arrived at 10 am, expecting a relatively smooth process, but it took them a staggering 7 hours to load our cargo. We didn't leave until 5 pm, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating.

The operations at this warehouse seem to be stuck in the past. The staff appeared disinterested and unmotivated, and it was clear that they didn't prioritize efficiency or customer time. The entire process was slow and unprofessional, with long delays and a general lack of urgency.
