A friend had a great unexpected experience with this owner. Kindness changes everything. So much so she referred him to friends. I went to today and picked up 3 grave blankets because of his kindness. Once again.. thank you Otterbein. Definitely will return. Great customer service goes a long way.

We had the best time picking out our tree and selecting fresh garland!! I think it’s a family owned and operated farm; Jack helped us from start to finish. He made sure our tree was super secure for our trek home. Also a great spot to take Christmas photos! We will definitely make this our annual tree tradition.

Such an awesome selection of fresh trees, garland, and wreaths! The staff was warm and welcoming. We opted to select our own tree from the farm to be cut on the spot. However, they do offer a beautiful selection of precuts if you’re in a hurry. Will absolutely be coming back next year
