I have visited Dr. Fleming for two separate appointments. Both times there was a long wait in the exam room before he entered the room, which was a bit frustrating, however I will share he is friendly, knowledgeable, takes the time to answer your questions/concerns, and is fully engaged.
I was referred to Dr Fleming by two other ortha pedics and another ankle surgeon. He performed a complete ankle replacement that others wouldn't attempt. I am thankful for his knowledge, kindness, professionalism and his bed side manner. He and his staff are wonderful.
Dr Fleming was great. He was personable and empathetic. He also explained my injury and spent time talking me through my options. I have also seen Dr Monica at UOA and he is great as well. I could not recommend UOA more.
