The company spent time to understand visions and concerns, talking through options and settling on the appropriate scope of work. They are experienced, safety conscious, and very respectful of property, containing disturbance areas and leaving property in a clean condition. Customer satisfaction is their primary concern, providing a quality level of work and service above and beyond. They are a professional company, highly recommended for septic remediation/installation. They communicated quickly and efficiently, were supportive, and always available for concerns and questions. Projects occurred on time, and they did a wonderful job overall, impressing and pleasing clients. They are true professionals and a class act.
We couldn’t be any happier with J. Tomaro Construction. Scott and Nick are knowledgeable, dependable, super down to earth, and stand by their work. They spent time to understand our vision and concerns and were able to talk us through options and settle on the appropriate scope of work. We had an issue come up, not because of any fault of theirs, and they came back immediately and addressed it without any additional cost. This is a class act Contractor. Scott and his crew were experienced, knowledgeable, safety conscious and very respectful of the homeowner’s property. Their primary concern was customer satisfaction. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional company. Highly recommended for septic remediation/installation.
We couldn’t be more thrilled with Tomaro construction for our septic replacement project. With it being such a large expense, I was anxious about picking a contractor and was wondering how reliable they would be or timely they would be. Tomaro Construction was an absolute pleasure to work with. The owner, Scott, communicated through email quickly and efficiently and was very supportive when I was stressing about our old system failing before the new one could be installed.
