Of all the furnace people I've had over the 34years I've had my home I called them they had a cancellation for me right in the was very polite professional friendly did excellent job runsgreat
not sure why its saying i recommend this business i deffinately DO NOT! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! SERIOUSLY THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL BREAK PARTS AND DENY THE FACT! they are so unprofessional its not even funny!!! so here's our story. we called these people to come install a motor for us so we could use our heat again (at that point we still had hott water) they quoted us "at most it will cost 645" is what his wife told us in texts. they came and installed the motor .. the guy had no idea what he was doing and couldn't get a screw off( come to find out if he did it properly he wouldn't even need to take that screw off!) spent an hour attempting to get it off and ended up breaking the ignitor base. so when the guy left it was late and I think ge was rushing out of there but before he left he apologized many times. this business denies the fact that he broke it stating "anybody would have broken it" which is obviously false. after looking into it farther we have multiple parts broken which we now have to replace. all together they want us to pat $1500 TO FIX WHAT THEY BROKE?!?!?! yet it was suppose to cost no more then 645.. oooh thats right only 645 if they do their job properly hmmmm BAD BUSINESS! on top of that his wife texts me saying she should be charging me to talk on the phone with her... and they charged us to drive 10 mins to my house from their business. what kind of business is this?!?! how are they still in business. I don't mind paying for the motor itself but would like a refund for the labor as now I have to pay bobs cash fuel to come out and fix their mess! (hey who knew they won't charge me to drive 10 mins to my house lol) ! but they won't reply so... seriously how are they in business?!?! worst company I have ever dealt with. now me at 7 months pregnant my husband and 4 kids have no hott water or heat with this cold maine weather! unbelieveable!!! now in order to get our money back for this we will be taking this to small claims court the amount of proof we have on this is insane! so seriously if your thinking about using this company.. save your time and money and go elsewhere. I'll be posting pics showing pieces that were put on improperly.. sideways or broken! and texts from his unprofessional wife for anyone interested.
