Joe and his team clearly have extensive knowledge of construction trades and building codes. They conducted detailed home and termite inspections of every accessible part of the property, inside and out (including getting fully into a very tight crawl space) and provided clear, comprehensive reports the next day. They really took time to explain their findings and answer our questions on the spot. Reliable, professional, and courteous with seamless communication from start to finish.
