In my experience, the customer service at Point Optical could not have been better. The entire staff, including Dr. Levine were exceptional and accommodating. Briefly, I needed new glasses and had an old prescription in hand. Long story short, they fit me into the schedule for a new eye exam (honestly, which I needed) which was very thorough and showed my prescription needed an update. While they didn't have my favorite brand available, they had a good selection of alternatives. I was able to select a new frame and lenses in little time and very happy with the purchase. Our kids were visiting with their 3yo daughter who fell and damaged one arm of her glasses. The folks at P/O took us without appointment and repaired/realigned the glasses while we waited and pretty much saved a family vacation. I recommend them without hesitation!
I had a problem with the nose pads on my glasses (as in "gone") on a pair of prescription glasses that I bought somewhere else. These folks were very helpful, fixed them while I waited for significantly less than I was expecting. After hearing from several eyeglass stores that they "don't repair" or only work on glasses "purchased from them", Point Optical is a treasure.
