EVERYTHING! Service, cleanliness, engagement and the products are so good! They leave your scalp and hair feeling good and smelling good! I am between retwists and the way the Wash Day Trio has left my hair, feels like I just left the Salon. Okay so I have had locs for about 3 years. I waited to get them because them because this was it! “my forever style”! I don’t do hair at all and figured that this was a good fit for me as it would be low maintenance and they have been until now… I lost a loc and was like whoa what’s going on… I scheduled an appointment to see what was going on. During the initial consultation I was told I needed to up my water intake as my hair and scalp were dry. She asked what products did I use lol and I couldn’t tell her cause I didn’t use any. I love my stylist but I needed something more in terms of getting and keeping my hair healthy… scheduled second appointment for a deep conditioning and retwist she partially fixed my parts as they had started to free form… she assured me that I wasn’t going to go bald head and that we were going to get this together. We came up with a plan for in between maintenance and we are gonna go from there. The service, ambiance and over all experience was Impeccable… it’s a vibe Yal. I’m glad I knew someone who could make the referral.
