I bought a computer from Eastern Computer Service ten years ago and haven't had one problem with it in ten years with the exception of a battery replacement. When I was ordering my computer their staff helped with hardware selection witch made it easy to get what I needed in a computer. It's time for a new one and my intentions are to purchase another one from Eastern Computer Service.

Very professional and immediately diagnosed the physical issue with my computer. Also they removed the scratches from my computer and I didn’t even request it, I’m so happy with my experience and will be back if another issue arises
