The friendly associate recommended to get the shoes stretched and they feel great and the soles that were replaced look like the shoes are brand new. In addition to the high-quality service that I paid for the associate provided a bonus high-quality shoehorn so I don’t damage the shoes. This is the type of quality service that builds a lifelong customer. Highly recommended for all of your Shoe repair needs.

I recently needed a minor adjustment to my favorite pair of shoes. The straps needed a couple of extra holes to achieve a perfect fit. I wasn't sure if this was something a shoe repair shop would even tackle, but I decided to give Luigi's a try.

Right from the start, I was impressed by the friendly service at Luigi's. The owner was kind and attentive, taking the time to listen to my request. He was happy to add the extra holes to my straps. The work was done quickly and professionally, and my shoes fit perfectly now!

Luigi is a phenomenal cobbler and a rare talent in his increasingly rare trade. He has not only repaired my heels and made my boots look like brand new, but after a house fire tore through my closet, he brought back to life a treasured pair of cowboy boots that I’ve had since I was 16–when the even restoration team said it was impossible, he found a way. Plus, he’s just so nice!
