Some enjoy the "professional service," "sweet" staff, and pleasant atmosphere, leading to a "real treat." Annie, in particular, has received praise as the best stylist, making customers feel valued. Others have faced issues with rushed service, poor quality, and a lack of attention to customer needs. While some customers have reported unsatisfactory pedicures and gel manicures that deteriorated quickly, many appreciate the clean environment and great products. The salon's organization and ability to handle bookings have also been called into question. However, the business does provide nail art services, which some customers have enjoyed, and the pedicure massage chairs have also been highlighted as a favorite. Overall, Rio Nails Spa seems to provide a varied experience, with room for improvement in customer service and quality control.
So, I patronized this nail salon some years ago, but I never returned because I told the woman servicing me that I am allergic to latex. She said ok, but when I closed my eyes to be waxed, she placed both of her hands with latex gloves on my face, of which resulted in an allergic reaction. However, this week, a young lady told me that she's been getting her nails done at Rio for five years and recommended that I try them. I was greeted and serviced immediately. However, the young lady was drilling my natural nail and kept saying, "I didn't do anything." She clearly knew she was doing something because I hadn't verbally responded to the burning of my nails related to her drilling. Then, when she finished my nails, I asked her if she was going to clean up around my nails. She told me they don't do that there. I was shocked. I've never not had my nails cleaned up when having them done. She said it would be an extra $10. I told her that I didn't want a manicure, and that was something I've had done every single time I've had my nails done. I told her that I was not happy with the service and that they should work on their services. Then, she had difficulty with her pricing and receipt. I was so taken aback, but accepted that I'd chosen to return. Needless to say, I will not return ever again.
This place is the best. Staff are friendly. Pleasant atmosphere.. and Annie is the best!! I wouldn’t go any place else now as long as she is here!

Love Rio Nails, been coming for years! The technicians are all so kind and welcoming. The services provided are in a clean environment, the pedicure massage chairs are my favorite! Ever had an issues here, great products.
