Massage Envy offers a range of services, including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, to promote overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have been disappointed. The office staff has received criticism for being unprofessional, with some team members not adhering to a dress code and being absent from the front desk during peak hours. Some customers have also reported a lack of compassion and empathy from staff when canceling appointments. However, there have been instances of excellent service, with some massage therapists receiving high praise for their skills and friendly demeanor.
My boyfriend got me a Gift card for massage envy as I always wanted to get a professional massage done. This place was phenomenal for my first massage and the therapist Shay is simply one of a kind. She knows what she’s doing, she’s courteous, empathetic and gave me some amazing words of wisdom that hit my heart! Pick her if you can 💜
I have a membership. I'm enjoying it. The place is I believe in operation during construction/remolding. It doesn't look like it or sound like it but they mentioned it during one of my first visits. My tech had been amazing. I do hate the carpets. I only noticed it because I'm face down during my massage. It just looks cheap, dirty and uncomfortable for staff standing on it all shift. Outside of that it's a good experience so far.
The receptionist Victoria was very helpful explaining the entire process and pricing structures to me as this was my first time here.
Carol was my massage therapist she was able to address some of the tension that I had. Carol was able to provide much needed insight on what work still needs to be completed during my follow up visits.
Will visit again.
