My wisdom tooth extraction was done by Dr Malcolm and her team and I must say it was not a bad experience. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. While this tooth didn’t want to cooperate and seemed to take an eternity to come out, they were calm, patient, caring, always asking if I was ok during the process. I must say I felt no pain and when I did feel a bid of discomfort Dr Malcolm gave me something right away. If I had to do this over I’d definitely choose Bright Smiles Family Dentistry and Dr Malcolm to remove my tooth. I also must say the office staff deserves to be commended. Dr Malcolm and her team of professionals is my go to dentist and I tell people about. She is a Dr. that let’s you know what is going on every step of the way while making sure your pain is at a minimum to none at all. I had to get 3 teeth extracted and Dr. Malcolm performed the procedure flawlessly with very little pain and was done quicker than I expected. She also manages your pain after the procedure. I never had a bad experience in that office, no one wants to go to the dentist but if you have to, go see Dr. Malcolm at Bright Smiles Family Dentistry. Book your appointment soon because she is in demand!
I was just brushing my teeth in preparation for bed and was thinking what a pleasant experience I had at Dr. Malcolm's office this afternoon. I was so comfortable after my appointment today that I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner. Dr. Joan Malcolm is the consumate Professional! She and her staff are most pleasant. EXCELLENT.
