Horrified at the experience I had attempting to book a consultation. Due to disability, it’s difficult for me to travel so I requested a virtual appointment, which was denied without an explanation. I reiterated that the virtual appointment was a disability accommodation and the receptionist asked what my disability is (as if she’s qualified to judge what accommodations I need). It’s disgusting that a medical facility would deny a medical disability accommodation. Do NOT recommend.
