Jina, one of the technicians, is praised for her excellent work and friendly demeanor. However, there have been instances of appointment mix-ups, causing inconvenience and frustration for some customers. While the salon is generally well-regarded, it's suggested that they pay more attention to customer service and appointment management to ensure a satisfactory experience for all clients.
I went to this salon for the first time today and I had a great experience. Micki was excellent, welcoming and friendly. She did such a great job on my gel pedi. I also opted in for the extra foot massage which was excellent. Thank you so much!
Jina is the best tech in the business! She has my fingers and toes looking beautiful all the time and is incredibly sweet and personable! People at desk could be kinder to customers.
I typically like getting my nails done here but my mom and I made appointments together, however even I arrived I was told they didn’t have an appointment for me, only my mom, even though we called days prior. They said they could take me anyway. However, I waited for around 30 minutes before being taken. My mom’s pedicure and gel manicure were finished before anyone even started my manicure. I just left without getting the rest of my service done since the rest of my party was completely finished. We had already been there for over an hour. Super frustrating that there were no apologies made for messing up my appointment.
