“I didn't realize this place was cash only and didn't have a debit card to use with their ATM until a couple minutes after we got started. I could have easily run to the bank and returned before we really got into the service, they said I could go to the bank after and completed my 2 hour service then trusted me to go to the bank and come back. It's so lovely to see that level of faith in humanity in today's world.“

She was beyond knowledgeable about her craft, super enjoyable to engage with (we spent some time chatting about her future plans for the business after, even gave some marketing pointers for me to take back to a friend in the business), and my teeth came out sparklin'! “If you’re like me then you are extremely picky about your lashes and brows. This salon is just top tier. The salon is immaculate and they are very hygienic which is super important when dealing with anything involving your face/eye area, they are organized, parking is easy, and they are very accommodating. In over 12 years of getting my lashes done no set has ever stayed as long as when I get them done here also my eyes always tear and burn excessively anywhere else I have gone but not here no tearing and no burning ever. You literally cannot see or feel any glue they look like the lashes grew naturally from your eye. This place is a hidden gem with very talented artists and they definitely gained a new loyal client in me.“

“I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“
