I went in to ask prices for specific items, e.g. how much to clean a men's ¾ length wool pea coat, but they refused to give me a straight answer. Arbitrary prices depending on how they're feeling that day? I don't think so. Not sure how to rate them since I didn't get anything cleaned.

Been a customer for yearsss. . . seen new owners come and go and still maintain great services and the front desk ppl are sweetheart - im happy to say I've been a customer for 11 years

This place used to be great...But last few months they ruined almost 6 dress shirts and a Hugo Boss sweater. The six dress shirts all with a hole in the elbow of one sleeve and the sweater a hole completely through the entire thing. Going somewhere else
