Don’t use for tailoring jeans if you want to keep original hem. If you want a regular hem that is OK.

Brought in jeans to have shortened and keep the original hem- they were not done correctly. After trying a second time they still were not done correctly and I was not able to get a refund. Seamstress insisted that there was nothing wrong when clearly there was so just beware before you use them for denim tailoring.

Have not tailored anything else there so can’t comment on that.

0 stars. Ruined a very expensive Ralph Lauren Polo Bear sweater. See photos of the many pulls resulting from their handling of the sweater. Refused to acknowledge any responsibility. Said they didn’t do anything to it but blamed the manufacturer. Offered to shave the pulls. Offered no compensation. Stay away if you have fine or delicate things. Rarely managed to remove stains on other items that I was able to easily remove at home.

I went in to ask prices for specific items, e.g. how much to clean a men's ¾ length wool pea coat, but they refused to give me a straight answer. Arbitrary prices depending on how they're feeling that day? I don't think so. Not sure how to rate them since I didn't get anything cleaned.
