Great massage. But manicure was really bad. (To be clear I think this is the woman who owns the store. She was working the register)

She didn’t prep the nails well. Very jagged. I have a cut with blood filled around polish. And you can see in the pictures the polish isn’t even on the sides. I lightly complained. She came back twice to fix. I honestly don’t think they could do any better a second time around. I never leave negative reviews. But to actually charge me $55 for this quality was pretty upsetting.

I was worried by some of the reviews but after taking a chance here for our first nail experience In Lbi - this nail place is AMAZING - did a great pedicure - Mary was super nice !!! She was so friendly - kind / helpful ! She heard I needed to charge my phone - she went out of her way to plug it next to me / we laughed the entire time / I hugged her before we left - she was like family ! We had a great experience !!!!! So happy to meet her

The ladies worked really hard to give me exactly what i asked for and even went so far as to try and make their own decals for the design i wanted on my nails. They were so lovely and i plan on going back for all my color changes. My boyfriend even got his nails done by them ;)
