Dr. Sammartino has been my doctor throughout my MS diagnosis. He is always honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. I feel lucky I found a such a good neurologist from the beginning of my disorder.

Finding the office was a mess as the building isn't marked well. Went in another office to ask directionsand they gave me a completely different address saying the dr had moved offices. After driving around and ended up back at the original building another office and person knew where the office was and directed me. Which was in an area I had no idea there was even a door there! Very poorly marked building complex. THAT was the only problem though. Jennifer at the front desk was EXTREMELY friendly. Excellent with my 86 yr-old mother. Clearly a good understanding of dementia meds and depression. She's actually taking less medicine for once. He had no problem writing down instructions for us about the changes in prescriptions. I like that he wants to take one issue at a time. I will be making an appointment for myself as well, for migraines. Only 4 stars since we don't know what the results are yet of the changes he made. Obviously that takes time.
