I was so overwhelmed when my basement flooded. As a single mom I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with it. A friend suggested I hire a private adjuster. Working with Dan was a great decision. He handled everything. Kept the claim on track, explained things, and made the process smooth and effortless on my part! Would definitely recommend hiring him.

I’d like to belatedly thank Dan Wixted for providing excellent service for me during two unforeseen incidents.This is my second time calling Dan for an appraisal. Once for my own home, which I was more than satisfied with his experience and knowledge to have the maximum repairs to my home which had a tree fall across my garage and fence.Fast forward several years, and I had a similar issue at my mothers home with a fallen tree damaging her roof.In both incidents, he coordinated with the insurance rep in a very timely manner in order to have home repaired as quickly as possible.Once again, thank you Dan for providing a reliable and valuable service.
