I was impressed that an actual arborist, Paul Schmeltzer, came to make a thorough assessment and answer all my questions first before scheduling work. The day of the tree trimming arrived and there were three men, one for each tree. They performed their work neatly and efficiently with initial guidance from Paul. At my request, small logs were piled neatly towards the back of the house to be used in our wood burning fireplace, and a 4-ft oak branch for a special project. Trees are now beautifully shaped, and I wish I would have done this sooner.
