Located on the second floor, elevator available. Parking also available, no fee. Had 3:45 appointment and arrived at 3:35. Greeted at front desk and was told to have a seat in small waiting area. (8 seats) I had pre registered online saving myself the trouble of filling out forms in the office. Signs were posted that face masks were required, however it was not enforced. Restroom was opposite end of the hall. Was never more than 3 people waiting at 1 time. Was called into the office at 4:40.
