This "PetSmart" could be better, some of the aisles were a bit disorganized, either more new associates could be hired, though I had to give props to the grooming department where I actually saw some employees taking the time to groom the customers dogs, but didn't see too many employees on the floor though...
I recently took my puppy for grooming. It's my first time as a pet owner so i wasn't sure even what kind of cut to get. My puppy cut came out great because of britnany and i was so thankful because last cut they left her looking like a mole rat. There was one employee that really took her time to explain to me a couple of things and i told her my dog breath sometimes is so bad and she doesn't like greenies. She showed me drops in the store & just gave me pointers on keeping her fur coat white. I can google tiktok and search for pointers but her taking the time to explain & help me understand certain things without rushing really meant a lot and put me at ease. I wish i knew her name. But thank you!
I have been going to this location for my dogs grooming for past one year and had a good experience with most of the groomers. But last two visits me and my dog got really bad service. It seems like this location is running out of experienced groomers and the ones who worked on my dog seems some interns who did a shoddy job of showering and haircutting my dog. My dog has returned with bad rashes and itches over his tail and butt area. The poor fur baby is helpless with itches over that area and as a pet parent, it's hard to see them in pain without any fault of theirs. Dogs can't groom themselves unlike humans , so haircutting them is a serious job !!! It should not be given to inexperienced people who end up giving them pain and anxiety !!
