I’ve been using Empire CLS for a long time, and they’ve always had outstanding customer service, excellent cars, and great drivers. My experience has always been fantastic, but I’ve never felt compelled to write a review until now.
Recently, I ran into some issues—issues that I brought on myself, nothing that was Empire’s doing. I needed Empire’s help, and they showed up. I was fortunate enough to get in touch with Marissa from the corporate side. She was absolutely phenomenal in helping me through the problem, making what could have been a disastrous situation seamless. Simply the best! Every step of the way is on-point, detail-oriented, customer service driven. I only use Empire CLS because once I book my service, that’s it. My vehicle is there ahead of the appointed time, waiting for me, every time. Their passenger communication puts your mind at ease, confirming transfer details, along with your driver’s name and mobile. My transfers are always seamless, and their drivers are a true credit to the profession. An absolute gem!
