I’ve been using Empire CLS for a long time, and they’ve always had outstanding customer service, excellent cars, and great drivers. My experience has always been fantastic, but I’ve never felt compelled to write a review until now.
Recently, I ran into some issues—issues that I brought on myself, nothing that was Empire’s doing. I needed Empire’s help, and they showed up. Simply the best! Every step of the way is on-point, detail-oriented, customer service driven. I only use Empire CLS because once I book my service, that’s it. My vehicle is there ahead of the appointed time, waiting for me, every time. Their passenger communication puts your mind at ease, confirming transfer details, along with your driver’s name and mobile. My transfers are always seamless, and their drivers are a true credit to the profession. An absolute gem!
Empire CLS is by far, head and shoulders above all other Limousine services. The drivers are professional and courteous at all times. Most of all, there are two executives, a woman named Marissa and a gentleman named John that are amazing people to deal with. Don’t look any further, setup an account with Empire and enjoy the ride.
