For local landlords with many properties, Dennis has been servicing jobs both big and small for years. His work is always professionally installed, and he has reasonable prices. He many times was able to fix things so they didn’t need costly replacements. He is recommended to friends and family often.
Sometimes you don’t know which contractor to call or hope you find one that is professional, reasonable, and get the job done. When my toilet started bubbling, Servtech was quick to respond to my request. Denis was on time, in fact early and put down coverings to protect the floor and cleaned up everything very nicely. He had to come back to fix a tiny little cover for the screw. He treated that tiny little job like he did the first time. Usually you don’t get a call back or text but Denis texted and came back to fix that tiny cover for me. He was very professional, honest, dependable and reasonable. What impressed me about Denis is he is very hardworking. When our appointment time arrived, he was still on the job at another location far away from us. He wasn't sure when he'd finish up and be able to come over. We decided to wait. It got pretty late into the night, but he kept the appointment. He showed up, had his booties ready without us asking, and immediately got to investigating our shower issue. His work ethic and professionalism are obvious, and we are grateful he took the time to do the repair for us despite how late it was. He is very busy, so just communicate to make sure everyone is on the same page about scheduling. Otherwise, everything went smoothly....read full review
