Jon is amazing at what he does! Jon recently did an inspection on the 100+ year old home we were in the process of buying, and made us feel confident in what we were requesting from the sellers and in buying the house itself.He’s extremely thorough, communicative, and super helpful even after the inspection is done!Believe the 5 star reviews Jon is wonderful!!!

Jonathan was my inspector for the house I just moved in yesterday. Since I only worked with 2 inspectors so far, I can’t tell how good is Jonathan compared to others. But Jonathan was very objective and responsive all the time. He also took his time when he did inspection and did not rush. If you are looking for a fair inspector, I would definitely recommend Jonathan.
