We had a great experience with our home inspector, John. He was extremely thorough and provided a very detailed report that was easy to understand. He clearly has a lot of knowledge across many areas and took the time to answer all of our questions patiently and clearly. We really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. We used Hide and Seek inspection for our house in Cranford last week and couldn’t have had a better experience. Jon is thorough and informative on site. His reports are detailed and clear, with pictures of every single thing from different view points, along with descriptions and suggestions on action needed or just recommendations for future. Him and his wife were available for any questions and suggestions or clarifications on the spot once we received the report (which he sent to us the same day as the inspection appt because we were on a tight timeline!).
