On the Spot is phenomenal!! They just completed a full bathroom renovation for us and we couldn’t be happier! We worked with Chris, Dennis, and Juan, who were all so incredibly friendly, responsive, efficient, informative, super knowledgeable and overall awesome!! They went above and beyond and completed our full bathroom reno in 12 days! I have worked with other contractors before and this team’s responsiveness, talent, and customer service is unmatched! No project goes 100% perfect so you need a contractor that will be thoughtful and fair in achieving your goals. On the Spot handled unexpected existing floor damage, an uneven ceiling, a surprise leak and random little things while renovating our bathroom and kitchen. MaryAnn was there every step of the way, quickly responding to our countless calls, emails and texts. Sammy was a welcome face for several weeks who saved us time and money with his smart suggestions. In the end, we are satisfied customers. I’ll also say I learned a lot during this process. It takes work and patience for the homeowner. Some mistakes are inevitable. I have no regrets. Now pondering my next project. :)
My family and I had an excellent experience with On the Spot. We used On The Spot to complete a very large project which included an additional level to our home, renovations to the existing spaces, major exterior renovations including new windows, roofing, siding and masonry. Maryanne our project manager and On the Spot were with us every step of the way from the planning stages of consulting with the architect and design to the final finished product- even small touch ups when the job was complete! Displacing our family from our home was certainly stressful, but with the constant communication and planning being done by Maryanne and the staff, our project ran smoothly and extremely efficiently. With almost no gaps in work being done by the respectful and diligent staff of On The Spot, my family was able to return home quickly to enjoy our beautiful updated home.
