About Dominican Hair Salon
Dominican Hair Salon has been a go-to choice for many clients over the years, known for its friendly staff and a variety of services, including natural hair wash, sets, and extension maintenance. Many loyal customers appreciate the care given to their hair, noting the professionalism of the staff, especially in treatments like blowouts and color services. Some clients have enjoyed their experiences for nearly a decade, highlighting the salon's ability to handle natural hair well. However, recent reviews indicate a decline in service quality. Some customers have reported dissatisfaction with new staff members who lack experience, leading to unsatisfactory results. Issues with pricing transparency have also been mentioned, with clients experiencing inconsistent charges for the same services. While some blowouts have been described as decent, there are complaints about discomfort during the process and the overall atmosphere, with calls for a more welcoming environment. Overall, Dominican Hair Salon remains popular among many for its skilled service, but there are growing concerns about service consistency and customer experience that the salon may need to address.
The ONLY Salon I patronize for the past 8 years! I went natural, no perm and my hair is treated wonderfully here.. I get a blow out. Few times a year. But I’ll be getting Teal highlights for my 50th.. Isabel is a true professional.

As she is blowdrying my hair, she is burning my scalp. It still feels burned. My hair smells burned. When she finishes, SHE asks ME what price did she (the owner) give you. (At this point the owner was not there) I said $50 so...read full review
