From the very first person I spoke with to the very last and everyone in between, there is a very noticeable focus on customer satisfaction. I needed a new boiler and took me one month shopping and getting quotes because I wanted to make sure I chose the correct service company. I have to say that I have absolutely zero to complain about A-solutes/ Gold Medal. Instead, I was blown away with the level of attention to service and detail demonstrated by everyone with whom I interacted.
