Edward has always been a trusted, straightforward mechanic. If you need something done, he'll tell you. If you don't, he'll tell you. He won't make up "work" for financial gains. Highly recommended.
I placed a service call for my baseboard heater thermostat not calling for heat to my burner, they came onsite as scheduled, have it tested and recommended me to replace the thermostat; that resolved the issue. Since then, I never had any issues with the thermostat, it's been perfectly without any issues. I will call them for any further work related to my thermostat. I only paid for the service fee, that was cheaper to afford.
Eduard and team are expert and responsive. We started working with Zigzag when they speced and installed a heat pump for AC and supplemental heat in our ~1930s home. Their communication and attention to detail were fantastic throughout (and loved ditching the window AC units). Since, we've relied on them to maintain our legacy boiler, and their speed and communication is exactly what we expected for even small repairs and regular maintenance.
