I initially reached out for an estimate to replace the EIFS wall siding with PVC boards. I not only received a prompt response with an estimate but also a recommendation for a more affordable option to hire someone for a simple coating. I truly appreciate the owner's consideration and kindness in providing professional advice, even without using their service. I will probably go with the simple coating this time but will definitely reach out in the future for other siding work!

Mike is one of those rare contractors that actually does everything that the says he will do. He and his crew did an outstanding job on my rental property without any issues or extra charges.
